In order for your child's reservation to be cancelled, your child will need to send us an email at email@example.com with the email associated with their JusCollege account!
From there, we will provide a cancellation request form that must be completed for your child's order to be cancelled.
When completing the form: Please make sure the information inputted in this form reflects your JC account.
Your cancellation request date will be based on when you submit the above form.
Telephone, email, webchat, or cancellations by proxy (someone else, even if they paid) are not accepted.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours of submission.
