YES, you are responsible for checking in to your flight with the airline! Although JusCollege purchased the ticket on your behalf, once the boarding pass is in your name, our assistance is limited by the airline.
As other travel companies, JusCollege does not determine the regulations for flights. For any issues during/after your flight, please contact the airline directly.
If you are FLYING with JusCollege
Group Flights are booked differently than individually booked flights. Because everyone on your flight is normally sharing the same Record Locator/Confirmation number, we recommend that you check-in at the Airline Check-in Desk in order to receive your Individual Boarding Passes.
Online check-in for Boarding Order is available via Southwest.com 4-24 hours prior to your departure. However, PLEASE BE CAREFUL, as you could accidentally check-in the ENTIRE GROUP.
Keep in mind, you will STILL need to go to the Airline Check-in Desk to receive your Individual Boarding Passes.
If ANY portion of your reservation profile (name, gender, birthday) appears incorrect, STOP and DO NOT CHECK-IN, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your discrepancies ASAP. If within 7 days of the event, please contact the airline directly to make changes to your boarding pass.
TSA does NOT allow for changes once you have checked into your flight.
Because you need to check-in at the Airline Check-in Desk, we HIGHLY recommend arriving at the airport 2-3 hours PRIOR to your flight departure time.
