In order to cancel your Ft. Lauderdale reservation you (the account holder) MUST email firstname.lastname@example.org
From there, we will provide a cancellation request form that must be completed for your order to be cancelled.
When completing the form: Please make sure the information inputted in this form reflects your JC account.
You cancellation request date will be based on when you submit the above form.
Telephone, email, webchat, or cancellations by proxy (someone else, even if they paid) are not accepted.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours of submission.
