We know that sometimes your room groups don't split evenly. Not to worry! This is why we start planning these events months in advance.
Here are some viable options to finalize your room:
1. Find other roommates of your choosing (Talk to your friends, friends of friends, other organizations, your campus rep, other campus reps, check the Facebook groups, etc.) with matching trip dates and hotel and proceed to create your room at the required occupancy. Ask around, there are always late sign-ups.
2. Finalize with less than the required occupancy. If you finalize with less than the required occupancy, the remaining roommates will have to cover just the hotel portion of the trip for the missing roommate/s. Pricing depends on # of roommates and hotel. (Range: $100-$400 per remaining roommate)
**Please have room leader email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name & email addresses of all roommates and a statement acknowledging the additional cost to cover the missing roommate/s.
Note: If you finalize with less than the required occupancy, you will be refunded if your other roommates sign-up later on.**
*Safety Note: Due to the complexity of these trips and liability issues, we do not assign random roommates. As stated in our Terms of Service, which you agreed to upon sign-up, you are responsible for finding your own roommates.*
